I've bought refurbished tablets before. This time, it didn't go so well.The keyboard didn't come with the correct cable. The mouse cannot be detected.The tablet's response ability is slow.It came with several apps that aren’t needed.On the positive side, it does have features other tablets doesn't have. It's also privacy-conscious and secure.ETA: 2/25/24Quality is deteriorating.Videos freeze.Screen response is laggy.Battery drains within a few hours.Issues with turning it on.

It was easy to set and transfer files fro my other electronics.

Video runs the battery out fast. But great value for the price. Keyboard and mouse connect without much issue. You'll need a AAA batteries for the mouse. Keyboard charges quickly. Recommend.

Really great product kids love it they get on it and get to their apps and play games easy and it works well decent battery

It freezes often and have to restart it to unfreeze. It's hard to get it to start again, because it freezes. So I had to work on it by turning it off and on again several times to unfreeze it and operate again. When I press the Start/Stop button, Google Assistant comes on to ask me what I need. I have to try the Start/Stop until it does turn off, instead of it activating Google Assistant.It says "refurbished", but I don't think it was. I think they just repackaged and sold it again without fixing the problems. Once it's on and working, it works alright. I've had much better tablets where commands worked much better and didn't freeze all the time. I had to replace them because the power cord inserts kept breaking and couldn't power them up again. I expect that will happen to this one too as it has the same power set up.

My "laptop" is actually what they call a "mobile workstation", meaning powerful and very expensive. My android phone is a few years old but was "top of the line" when I bought it. Obviously, I'm not going to compare the performance of this tablet to either of those devices, since it's apples and oranges.But for the price, WOW! Keyboard, mouse, cover, pen, charger...I don't know how they do it.I bought this for a few tasks, like integrating with my karaoke system, watching movies on the plane, and basically taking with me anywhere I don't want to lug my big laptop.Note: the first unit I received had a row of bad pixels all the way across the screen. I was able to send that one back and received a replacement within a few days. Great product support.

Tablet is great, shipping was not. I needed the next day and bought this one bc of that and it showed up 1 days later and didn't need anymore. Please be honest about your shipping time and don't advertise beltway shipping. 3rd party vendor
