Note added (if manual lost):Reset the filter life status by doing the following:Hold filter reset for 3 seconds (first filter light lights).Cycle to the filter you want to reset by quickly pressing filter reset.Once the correct filter light is lit, hold filter reset again for 3 seconds.Exit the filter reset phase by not pressing anything for approximately 10 seconds.The physical manual provides the following [email protected] they can provide a digital copy.Original review:The faucet electrical plug wasn't oversized. It is snug though and needs some force to seat. A feature I personally appreciate. 4 wire, so presuming 3 hots and a common for the indicators. Designer note, would love to see some digital being pushed instead of DC so we could have a tds meter display as well.The only design annoyance I have is the mini filter, which needs to be replaced most often, is behind the other filters. My guess is this is to accommodate internal tank size.The flow rate (tank to faucet) is the advertised rate of 1200 gpd. Purification rate (tap water to tank) is less, at around 144 gpd. You will need to wait approximately 10 minutes in between each gallon of water. Don't misunderstand me, this is still way more than one generally needs. Simply a note so those wanting to fill a 12 quart stock pot are aware it will take a bit longer, but it is well worth the wait.The results I had with a tds meter:Tap water 585 ppm, filtered water 34 ppm, a 94% reduction.Thus far it outperforms my previous Waterdrop filtration systemI personally like this product.

We like the filter. I recently replaced the filters but I can’t figure out how to reset the filter status. I Can’t find the original manual. And there is not a pdf version available that I can find.

Process to actually get the item was rough - delivered to wrong address, then only partial shipment arrived with second parts showing up almost a week later. Then we finally installed it and we needed to rewire the inside to get it to work. The capacity is no where close to what we expected. Claims to do 1200 gallons per day and we are at best getting 500. Very disappointing especially given we spent over $600 on it and now it's discounted by almost half. Would not recommend this item.

Have same problem where number of wires on faucet is more than on the unit….what’s missing?

I am very happy with my Wapu RO system. The water taste amazing better than bottled water. The system is very effective. After almost a year of use, I had an issue with the digital faucet,(It stopped responding)So I contacted them and they were very professional and quick to resolve my problem. I highly recommend this system because it is backed by great customer support.

Bought this back in January 2023 --- WAPU is nowhere to be found when i need replacement filters. I feel I was scammed. do NOT buy these products.

It's not that easy to find a 1200 GPD RO system with reasonable price (yes, I am talking about you, waterdrop). Relatively easy to install. One recommendation, the manufacturer could add a lock to the connection between the smart faucet and the white tube. I accidently pull the white tube when I installed it (because the tube is so long) and it then leaked. Took me 20 mins to ID the issue and another 20 mins to reinstall the system. otherwise, it works fine.

Be warned. This unit is only capable of producing 200 gallons per day. That's a far cry from the advertised 1200 GPD. This unit will not work with your refrigerator. The smart faucet electrical plug is extremely difficult to connect the main unit. WAPU should be banned from Amazon.
