My wife finished chef school this fall so I decided to surprise her with her own plating set. She had talked to me about having use of a set in class when preparing special meals. She inspected and gripped each of the spoons and tweezers. They are a beautiful high gloss, platinum/pewter coloured finish that makes them look clean, polished, and professional. Each tool has a very nice weight. She particularly raved about the textured tweezers that allows her greater control while plating. When I told her the price, she was shocked at their value. She told me how a single spoon that was similar to the one in this set cost $20.My wife was just hired for her first job as an Executive Chef. She is SO excited to start using the Bonigour plating set to bring joy to the people that she serves!
