Pros - Comfort and support, top layer is soft but overall firm. Support by Duroflex in proactively inquiring if user facing any issuesCon - super heavy.Issues with Amazon delivery in getting it delivered to home inspire of easily accessible by lift. Had to pay the delivery person extra cash for them to bring it up the lift.

Firm but i like it
Says medium firm. But its more on firmer side. However i like the sleep quality on it. I have already purchased duroflex utopia sofa. Based on it i bought this. Recommend to people who like firmness on mattress than sinking

Awesome mattress and a genuine seller
Did my wholesome research before purchasing it, went to duroflex experience centre and did a physical feel of the product. The layers are perfect making it durable, comfortable and orthopedically recommended.Product got delivered next day of ordering in perfect packaging.Its super comfortable

Solid mattress.. Serves the purpose
This is my second duroflex mattress. Have used for over a month..Though nothing to fault the mattress really ..my first one seems to be firmer. This one provides memory foam layer on top which has many merits and people would vouch for that but we were used to firm mattresses and our bodies are slowly adjusting to the product ;)...

Superb product.
I'm writing this review after four months of using the product. I did not experience any problems with this mattress until now The mattress is really comfortable and has reduced back pain. The quality of the product is also good. Customer-care service is also good. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service offered.

Worst experience ever
I ordered this product twice (78x72x6) and both time I was delivered a wrong size smaller product. Each time I tried to get a replacement and instead they cancelled my order and initiated refund. I have had my worst experience ever with amazon & duraflex!
