Pretty rugged
Definitely held up, sturdy- I’m 200+ lbs, no problems with bending or breaking. Only issue is the screw-on tips unscrewed at some point during a long hike.

Great walking sticks
Easy to assemble, lightweight and many end pieces included for different surfaces Comes with instructions and carry bag for fold up storage- there’s also a compass on the hand strap and comfortable hand grips

broke first time using
the handle is good but the rest of the poles are junk. first lots the feet, that lost then metal poker and than that section of the pole came out, seems like the top part is very good but as you go down it gets weaker and weaker. Not very light for how thin it is. poles are also very short, if your over 5 foot good luck.

A game changer for walking
My husband bought me these for walking alone and using one when walking the dog after my last fall on ice. These work so well outside and have different tips for the weathered sidewalk or road. It steadies me if slippery or bending over to puck up after the dog. Many of my neighbors, young and old, have ordered these.
