Biggest POS ever. Had it 1 week and it's falling apart. It also does not stay in place, trust me, you will be adjusting it EVERY 5 minutes.

To determine if it is the best brand someone would need to search online for reviews. What I do know is that this one seems quite well made. It stays in place and keeps my knee joint immobilized. I am 6'2" and weight 255 lbs and the 18" model is more than adequate.

The open area goes on the bend of the knee, and the steel stabilizers go along each side of the knee. Very easy, and good stability.
