Overall, I am fairly pleased with this custom sized cellular shade that I received. The frame seems well-built and sturdy, and it is easy to assemble. The shade opens and closes quite smoothly, stays in place wherever you want to leave it (all the way open, all the way closed, and anywhere in between) and I think there are even two screws in the base of the frame that allow for adjustment of that if need be. The dimensions were just slightly off what I ordered (ordered 23-5/8” x 29-3/4”, received 23-19/32” x 29-21/32”), but it ended up fitting my window frame just fine. I used the included adhesive foam strip all the way around the perimeter of the frame, which resulted in a nice and snug fit. For the price I paid for this, I was disappointed that there were a few small scuffs and scratches on the frame and on the back side of the handle, but luckily none of these were visible after installation. Also, the shade is slightly deformed in the bottom two corners, the left side more so than the right side. This doesn’t affect the functionality of the shade but just doesn’t look great. When the shade is fully open, it doesn’t store perfectly level with the top edge of the frame/bezel, which is a little noticeable (again doesn’t affect the functionality of the shade at least). I am curious to see how this shade lasts over time, but as long as it last for a significant amount of time, I will be pleased with this purchase and feel that is a pretty decent value for the price (I wish it were a little cheaper, but it’s not the worst).

Better than I could possibly imagine. Measurements were DEAD ON and it is TRULY completely black out. Will be planning on buying at least one a month until all my windows have one of these on them!

Excellent light blocking shades. Easy to install. Made to the exact measurements I sent when I ordered them. Worth the price and the wait.

I followed measurement guidelines, but the allowance they suggested is too much and shades have gaps on 3 sides. Hoping foam weather stripping will sole the problem. Also a bit tricky to assemble — be patient with yourself and make sure no small children in earshot LOL.Quality is good and they work perfectly.

Definitely worth the price I work graveyard shift and this is great quality and definitely keeps room dark. Instructions say to size down just a little when measuring but mine was actually an inch to small but I made it work so exact measurements should be fine

These are the greatest dor black out or just ordinary blinds. Very easy to install. I love the packaging. They film tape all the aluminum to keep it from damages. The company is very adamant about helping you in any way you need. I highly recommend these blinds
