All the parts were included. Directions were ok... mostly pictures, pretty well labeled once I was oriented. I was able to assemble it myself (60 year old woman) other than a couple final screws in the bed frame rails (easier with two people). It appears really sturdy and looks nice. Great value for the money.

Easy to assemble. Very nice bed for the price. Took me about an hour to assemble alone. I made a mistake near the end of assembly and later realized that when putting in the last two bars before the slats, you have to push the sides together so the bolts line up. Aside from that, easy.

I thought the box had a funny smell, but as soon as we opened it, the fumes hit us and made us cough. I think it is the headboard material but we quickly closed it back up and did not try to air it out or put it together because I don't want that in my house. Why did I give it 2 stars? It looks as pictured and maybe some people don't care about the smell but it is unusable for us.

This is my 1st platform bed. I searched high and low for a high bed to mimic the height of my previous and traditional bedframe, box spring and mattress. I almost didn't buy this frame because it had no reviews, but for the price I decided to give it a try. I have the 12 inch Zinus mattress, 2 inch bed topper and a quilted mattress pad..The height and the comfort of this combination is insane and Iove it..And to think I almost passed up on this bedframe because there were no reviews. Can't beat it for less than $130 dollars.I will update should my review, if I am not pleased in a few months..

This was very easy to put together and it had all its parts. This is the right height. It’s not on the floor. Like it!

Bought this for my very picky daughter. She loved it. Hated all the bolts but that bed frame is sturdy. Did I say sturdy, super sturdy thank you.

Once we got our queen frame assembled, we then attempted to fit the mattress into it. This was not easy. The mattress is so tight, I honestly don't know how I'm going to get the sheets on. The mattress pad was hard enough. Other than that, this is a nice frame with a very nice headboard. Assembly was not a breeze.
