The biggest problem for me was the sole was not wide enough so it ends up just lifting me up and leaving this weird feeling on the balls of my feet but you still go up almost 3 inches and it’s very noticeable. The comfort Varys honestly the 1 and 2 layers work in mid top shoes like but low top shoes like some vans and other brands are a no go for these it just won’t work but high top vans, basketball shoes and some running shoes work very well with these. I did notice after a 8 hour shift at work my feet were kinda hurting around the 4 hour mark but the next day I was used to it just needed to be broken in.
