No leak and brilliant

Cup works exactly how I expected and wanted, to keep my brew warm until I get to the office. But it's not for the clumsy people. It fell out of my bag yesterday and one hit and it's cracked the outside. A bit disappointing it's not more drop proof.

Really disappointed that this doesn't keep your drink warm for very long - certainly not the 60-90 minutes claimed, also as you can drink from any side, you risk spilling whilst you're trying to drink..

Comfortable to drink from, hasn't leaked yet and keeps my tea nice and warm on my journey to work.

I love what the company is trying to do - even a 40% recycled mug is better than one that is 100% not and they admit they want to continue until they have a 100% recycled mug. Unfortunately it falls down as a travel mug due to its terrible heat insulation, a coffee poured into it with the lid on stays as hot as a normal cup from (insert coffee takeaway). So sadly i’ll need to go back to using my previous travel mug until they work on that aspect a bit more.

I was really hoping it would be leakproof however I have found it is very temperamental and customer service are being useful. Don't waste your money!

So disappointed, drinks great, looks great, but the cup might aswell not have a lid for how much it spills when the lid is not open.
