Energy has shot up!
Bought these for my mum about a month ago as she is pre-menopausal and suffers with low iron. She’s reported feeling much more energetic and can get through her day without feeling groggy like normal. They don’t taste too nice and smell a bit funny but as they’re very small, it’s easy to get down with a bit of water/ juice. Much cheaper than popular name brands and quality seems just as good.

Bought as wanted a bit more iron in vitamins , read some good reviews and so far feel like I’m benefitting from them , haven’t cured my aches and pains but feel like I’m getting a daily dose of the right stuff although I do have a very good diet and don’t drink alcohol , overall this review is after a week so if anything changed I’d update , early positive days

Daily vitamins
I like taking multi vitamins so I know I'm getting most of what I need each day. I don't have the highest iron levels but these keep me high enough to donate blood so they must be working. They don't really have a taste and they are small so are easy to swallow.

Been taking them for a month, they are small and as with 99% of vitamins taste a bit yuck but hopefully they are giving me any vitamins Im missing through my poor diet.
