Q: This cold pad didn’t stay pliable at all.did i freezeit too much by leaving it in there till i need it? it was stiff&crinkly-couldn’t use

If one knows ahead of time that they will need the ice pack, and can remove it about 45 min to an hour before it is needed, perhaps the pliability would be satisfactory. Removed directly from the freezer to be used immediately, the pad is like concrete, and not pliable in the least.

Q: What would happen if you kept it in the refrigerator & only put it in freezer 1 hour befor you need it

I would assume it wouldn't get as cold as possible so it wouldn't stay as.cold for as long as possible.

Q: Could you twist it up like the picture shows to fit in my freezer? Flat it definitely wont. Even flolded in half?

You can fold in half and thirds easily. If you twist it will take time to thaw to apply flat to your body. Also puts extra wear on product.
