We ordered these trikes to use for recreation, especially when camping. They are easy to ride. When we first got them we needed additional instruction on operation. I emailed them and within a couple of hours I had additional information and all my questions were answered. A few months later when we arrived home after a trip, one of the pedals were missing. Another email to Perraro and within an hour I received a response and they are sending me a replacement pedal. We love the trikes and the customer service after the purchase is well above expectation. You can’t go wrong with this product and with this company.

Product being shipped to Hawaii can be an issue but not to this seller. I received the etrike ahead of projected delivery date. I had minor problems with assembly and they were very quick in assisting me. A replacement was sent at a record time (within 2 days informing of my issues, I received replacement parts) and they were always ready to assist with any issues. The etrike now is assembled and operational. Still in my testing stage but everything seems to be working. If they can assist a customer 3,000 miles away, I'm just wondering how outstanding will it also be for those who are in the mainland. If I will buy another etrike or ebike, this will be the company I will buy from again. Mahalo and God bless.

I recently received the Perraro Panda Trike in a sizable bike that was securely wrapped and taped. the bike itself was preassembled, and a few parts required assembly, including the front wheel, crankshaft, pedals, rear basket, fenders, and handlebars. For me, it took about 45 mins to assemble everything. However, I must note that the user manual instruction needs some improvement.Initially, removing the battery posed a bit of a challenge. To remove the battery, you need to turn the key all the way to the left and firmly pull the handle. The manual does not provide clear instructions on this matter. Yet, the seller`s customer service was pretty good. I reached out to them through their website`s chat, and they promptly provided a video tutorial. I found the assembly video quite helpful.After assembling the trike, I took my first ride and was thoroughly impressed with its performance. The trike boasts a powerful motor and reliable brakes. During my ride approximately 25 miles, mostly utilizing pedal assist, I still had %32 battery level remaining.Overall, the Perraro Panda Trike deserves a solid five-star rating considering its price and performance. Although some assembly is required and the user manual lacks detailed instructions, the impressive motor power and satisfactory battery life make it a worthy choice. With proper assembly and a thrilling riding experience, this trike offers excellent value for the price.

My Grandmother loves the bike!She’s 91 and now has better mobility and even has the ability to carry her elderly dog around in the basket.

It's perfect for to get around town and can easily pull my wagon with fishing gear down to the river. It's a ton of fun and easy to ride I'm very happy with this trike.

I looked at several trikes, big companies and little companies, this is by far the best looking trike , VERY powerful, awesome customer service. and in the ball park for price. There are extras that other companies don't have even when they cost more. It's sturdy and rugged. Because I am NOT an engineer and am a visual person I had some issues with the directions. I text and emailed and they were SO prompt in answering and resolving MY misunderstanding. I asked my husband to write a Perraro book for dummies. He said he would. No when I look at the bike everything makes sense. It would be your loss if you select another bike.
