I use this every time I make rice, boil eggs, fry burgers and or Mac and cheese. Works perfect every Time. Solid construction. Worth it. I like the ticking. The bell is loud.

Just got it and used it twice. Works perfectly. Looks good too. The ticking is soft and not annoying. And the ding is loud enough to travel thru the rooms. And the ding lasts for several seconds. BUY IT!!!

Really like the form factor and price. Can definitely hear this from another room and the alert last for more than a few seconds.I used it the other day and wanted to find out how much time was left, but the window is not big enough... Had to fiddle with it to see, but was not difficult to move it a bit and back.

Really like it, feels solid, using as pomodoro timer. Only slightly annoying thing is that the top shell rotates so the opening doesn’t face you, but you just rotate it away from you to start. Like the ticking, ring and overall design. Would reorder

I see some people say these don't work but I think that's because they aren't reading the instructions. It's built on a spring. You take the timer and turn it all the way to 50 and then go back to your desired setting. The initial turn sets the spring. I have one in the kitchen and one on the desk. This is great for ADHD as well.

works ok no lights or flashing buttons rings but does not talk easy to use even for old farts and dummies
