These are storage bags, thinner than freezer and not really for preserving food. The box containing them came a little rough - don't think it's up to snuff as a shipping box, and wouldn't have taken much more before it failed. That said they all arrived intact fortunately.These are good value for the price, and for simple storage of items they should serve well.

I am very happy with these bags bc they are big enough to hold a bunch of papers or a bunch of pens - I am always overflowing my containers and with this one, I won’t have to!

I used these to package groups of yarn at a garage sale, they held up great, not too thick or too thin. Seal held tight even when over filled!

These 2-gallon resealable storage bags are exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price. I have used about a dozen of the bags so far and have had no trouble opening them or closing them.  They seal tightly and are a good thickness.  They are not flimsy, so I think I can reuse them over time.  I didn't need (or want to pay for) bags with the more expensive slider closures, so these were a great find. I also like the fact that I could buy a large quantity of bags in a single package instead of individual cardboard boxes for just a few bags.
