genuine review! It really relaxes you but it mostly gives you that stress free vibe, after you swallow it don’t wash it off with water taste it throughly to get that feeling faster. Overall, I loved it. It’s not that expensive for how long it lasts.

BOTH Pumps did not work at all. One that I screwed open had a solidified build up at the top as well, as if it was old, maybe?However, I don’t think these items have a long shelf life. Daily energy? Yes, please! I love that Super Mush is made with cordyceps, lion's manes, elderflower, and green tea because I believe these ingredients have a variety of health benefits and I've taken all but elderflower in the past. Unfortunately, this combination (or dose) doesn't give me the pick-me-up I expected. In fact, I haven't noticed an increase in focus, stamina, or alertness.The directions advise spraying Super Mush on your tongue 4x before swallowing, and doing this up to 3 times a day.Shudder! I think the taste is terrible! I do it anyhow and see if anything happens. Nada, nope, nothing. I've tried it under my tongue as well (hoping for less taste and better absorption) but that hasn't worked either.Prior to using Super Mush, I've taken lion's mane capsules, cordyceps tinctures, and I drink green tea AND take green tea capsules when in need of more "go" power. I believe my body is simply used to the higher dose of each ingredient and that's why I feel no effect. It's a real bummer because it would be far more convenient for me to get the same effect with a dose of spray rather than swallowing multiple capsules.
