PERSUNWomen's Convertible Multi Way Wrap Maxi Dress Long Party Grecian Dresses

Bought to match my dreads for a wedding. Was hoping it would be a bit more saturated but i havent seen it in sunlight yet.

I got the dark green in xl, I'm 5'10", 220. The fabric is a really good quality, stretchy, soft jersey material. It almost feels like modal but it has some thickness to it so it helps conceal bumps and unevenness a little better. I've ordered my fair share of Chinese dresses on amazon that look cute in the pictures but end up looking more like wish in real life. This dress is intended as part of my Halloween costume. I have little gold snake earrings with matching green dark drop jewels, a medusa headpiece, and a gold cobra statement necklace/bib.The dress you slide on like a maxi skirt and then it has two long (really long) chest pieces that you can tie creatively in multiple configurations to highlight what you like and reveal what you don't. The easiest thing to do is probably to bring each piece up over your breast and cross it behind your neck. As you pull, the tension creates lift for the girls if you are going bra-less. Then wrap it around your waist a couple of times like you would extra laces on boots to tie it either in the front or the back. There is for sure the opportunity to get creative with the wrapping portion. Twisting the fabric, spreading it out for more coverage etc. The length of the ties is what creates this versatility. It's really pretty in addition to being good quality. It has quality and I would buy it again for another occasion or costume. A light purple for Megara from Hercules, beige for one of the muses, light purple again for a different take on Ursula, or the light blue gradient would be a pretty ice-queen. The price makes it an exceptional value for what it is and it's nice to know that you're secure in it and won't fall apart. I would buy it maybe also for a beach coverup or a beach wedding bridesmaid dress. IF you go braless, the thickness of the fabric won't show your nipples, but it's thin enough that you'd notice if it were chilly. I would suggest getting one of those little rabbit sticky bras that's essentially a pasty. The sticky bra that goes around would be a bad choice because you'd see it in sideboob.

I wish they offered more patterns like this one! I am 5’7” around 180lbs Large fit great. Very flattering. The dress came to my ankles when I set the elastic waist underneath my chest. The straps are double fabric in this pattern, so not see through at all, and wide enough to provide coverage for my C cup. A hint for big chested support/more back coverage: after going over shoulders, crisscross and bring the straps back around underneath the fabric covering the chest (as pictured) then cross and wrap around the back and again to the front to tie. If you flatten the fabric running across the back it also provides more back coverage.Takes a bit of playing around but this was my favorite way to wrap it.Con: I wish the elastic waistband was a little wider. Bought one in black from IWEMEK that had a thicker/ sturdier feeling elastic. But not a deal breaker especially to get this type of dress in a pattern.

So I bought the PERSUN dress ($25) first, as it was a similar price point. The PERSUN dress was problematic because there simply wasn't enough fabric. I'm 5'3", 130 lbs, 34D, and I felt like my boobs were going to fall out at any moment, no matter how I wrapped it!Eventually I caved and purchased the KOH KOH dress ($50), even though it was more than what I wanted to pay. It fit perfectly, plenty of fabric so that I could wrap it multiple ways and always felt secure. The fabric was also heavier with a better drape than the PERSUN dress.I returned the PERSUN dress and fully intended to keep the KOH KOH ...but then Amazon send me a notification saying the VonVonni dress was back in stock! So I decided to purchase it, on the off-chance I could save myself $15. As it turned out, the VonVonni and KOH KOH dresses were quite similar - the fabric was a little different, but of a similar quality, and the cut was very similar. So in the end I sent the KOH KOH dress back and kept the VonVonni because it was cheaper.One additional note: all three dresses were far too long for my 5'3" frame. The night before flying to the wedding, I sat on my bed with the dress and a pair of scissors and eyeballed a hem. I probably removed about 3" of fabric. I did not use hem tape or anything similar, I just cut the fabric with the scissors in a relatively straight line. Because it's a type of spandex, it doesn't unravel. I imagine it might be harder to get a clean looking line on lighter fabrics, but because my dress was black it worked like a charm. No one was looking at my feet anyway!

Got this for formal night on our Christmas cruise. It was perfect because I could choose that day how I want to wear it. It was easy to do and will need some practice to make it look better, but I got plenty of complements even when I felt i could have twisted it better.

While I give this item a 10/10 I returned it because it did not fit my body the way I would’ve liked. I needed to get a size larger to fit my upper chest. I absolutely loved the material, the style and it’s super quick and easy. I would get this again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something comfy.Again, I only returned it because my upper body was not fitting in it the way I needed it to.
