Light weight, easily maneuvered and attractive for a good price
I have previously had a single carry on of this luggage, which I’ve used on several vacations. This last trip my husband said we need the whole set! The bags are light weight and easy to handle, the swivel wheels work well maneuvering through the airport. The shipment came nicely packaged and in good condition. Very satisfied with this purchase

customer service and replacement
We really like our luggage. The airlines did do some crazy thing to our medium suitcase and had a hole/rip through suitcase. I was able to reach out to customer service from the company and Carrie was very understanding and helpful on getting me another suitcase under warranty except for the shipping. I can't wait to go on another getaway.

Interior zipper in large suitcase
Beautiful piece of luggage. I love the olive green color, but I used it for one trip and my interior zipper separates when you zip it.

Not sure how they will hold up to frequent overseas trips
Not sure how they will hold up as I haven't used hard sided ones before but here are some observations:1) You will not be able to stack these on a cart well as they are extremely slick and I expect will slide off of each other2) The sides are only held together with a rubber strip (non-zipper side obviously) not sure how long that will last before splitting3) The handles do take up space when closed as they are not in their own compartment4) Being hard case you lose the extra storage from front compartments5) The zipper is in the center of the case instead of traditionally on top so when picked up the one side will be lower than the other puttingextra pressure on that rubber seam mentioned in #26) The zippers and material seem very good.Only the top 2 are real worries to me the others are just observations to consider.I have gone overseas every year since 2011 and my 1 cloth suitcase finally but the dust so I ordered these on-sale and used lots of amazon points so I spent under 60 dollars on them.
