To be honest I just slapped it on and hoped for the best and I think it looks loads better. I’m sure if you take time and effort this could look even better, but I’m very happy. Took me about an hour. The sand after 24hours is starting to set. This bucket did the whole patio and I used what was left to fill up a huge hole in the wood surround.
