Perfect and sticky for at home sushi making

Great tasting sushi rice , or for a rice bowl ..! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do..! The texture and quality is a value in its own.

This is fine quality rice. I usually get this at the grocery store, but they didn’t have any so I ordered it here. For those that haven’t had it as you may see it is a short grain white rice. I typically use my tiger rice cooker. I give my rice to princess and then I fill the water by about one and a quarter the rice so if I have one cup of rice, I will do one and 1/4 cup of water. I let it sit in the rice cooker for an additional 10 minutes Before I go open it. Every time it comes out perfect. Nice and sticky and fluffy but not mushy. I have a big appetite, but I find that half a cup of rice with some veggies and a little protein mixed in is a perfect lunch.
