Better than drinking apple cider vinegar
For me these capsules are much better than having a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. For me they work better if I take two in the morning rather than taking one in the morning and one in the evening. I was having trouble falling asleep when taking one at night time. Per the instruction you should only take two capsules a day, so if you are on auto-refill, a bottle of 120 capsules will last you two months, or it could be taken by two people.

Didn't perceive any benefit
I am a 28 year old male and I bought these to try and aid weight loss but did not perceive any benefit from taking these supplements. Of course I used diet and exercise to lose weight as well, but the reason I don't think these supplements helped is because my weight has gone up and down frequently over the past 5 years so I feel comfortable knowing exactly how quick or easily I lose weight when I do the right diet/exercise plan. And using these supplements faithfully did not help me lose weight any faster than it usually does. They may have some other health benefits like aiding blood sugar regulation, but I wouldn't buy these with the sole goal of helping you lose weight.

Best APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CAPSULES!
I was so happy to find this product-I researched many Apple cider vinegar capsules and use but This one had a great with me I thought.I love it because I get all the benefits of Apple cider vinegar without the disgusting throat. My Weight lost had become stagnate my exercising and Healthy eating.Since i have started talking this. I have lost my weight within some days. Its also help digestive issue like GAS,ACIDITY AND BLOATING. I will defiantly re-order.
