It would still work with a pull out mount. the Frame is not attached to the wall, just the TV. Just make sure the pullout can hold the additional weight of the frame.

Q: What is the weight for the frame for 75” tv?

I just bought this frame/bezel and it weighs 18-19 lbs. Definitely DOES NOT weigh 75 lbs. The 75” Samsung Frame TV weighs 79 lbs (by itself). The combined weight of this bezel/frame PLUS the 75” TV is about 98 lbs.

Thanks for your feedback as we greatly appreciate it. We do have an optional accessory now available that can be plugged in remotely to the One Connect box called our Smart Room Sensor (SRS-2). This device relocates the TVs sensors to be external to the frame for uninterrupted use of the TV. Alternatively, you can also just disable the featured called "night mode" on the TV if you would not like the external accessory.
