I absolutely love this walking pad!As a busy mom, finding time for exercise can be a challenge, but this walking pad has made it so much easier. It’s compact, easy to use, and doesn’t take up a lot of space, which is perfect for my small home. The design is sleek and modern, and it’s really quiet while walking, which means I can use it while watching TV or even while helping the kids with homework.I love that it’s super simple to set up — no complicated installation required. It’s been a great addition to my daily routine.One thing to note is that for your first time using it you need to scan the QR code at the top and download the app! It took me forever to figure this out but once I did it worked right away.It comes with a little controller that’s easy to use, and the speed settings are perfect for a nice, steady walk. It’s sturdy and feels durable. I also appreciate that it’s lightweight enough to move around when needed. I like that I can use the app or the remote to turn it on ( since my kiddos are constantly moving it on me!)Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient way to stay active, even when life gets busy!

want to say… I’m surprised. It’s a pretty good very easy to use and set up. Have to scan a barcode along with an app to start it up. came with a simple controller with 3 buttons and great. kind of heavy but it has wheels where you can lift it and move at ease. Have mine set up upwards (limited space) which is good. One thing that did bother me though which idk if it’s for ALL walking pads but it makes a screeching noise for about a minute then does it again after 10-15min. besides that doesn’t bother me and semi quiet. would I recommend this to someone yes!

CAVEAT: Have just started using it. I am going to use it every day for at least a week before seeing how I really feel.I bought from SupeRun, but was sent a DeerRun model. That's not weird at all.Used for about >10min and the belt was already sliding left. I will make adjustments, but if I have to keep tweaking this right out the box, it's going to be a no from me. I don't mind performing adjustments every so often, but not after every use.GENERAL REVIEW: Remote works fine, speed is fine, I do find myself sometimes hitting some bar at the back end. Spooked me at first. Size of the walking pad is good. Not too heavy to move when needed. It is ok for the price. Bought it when it was on sale for $99.00. I also bought a 2yr warranty, which was $9.99. The Pad comes with a general warranty, and if you register the device, it extends it I think 90 Days. I do recommend warranties and I also recommend people using them! Save your box and styrofoam, folks!Not super keen about having to download a fitness app on my phone, but I found out that, once after I've connected the app, I can just not open it and use the walking pad. I've actually uninstalled the app and the walking pad works fine. It bogged my phone down, too. I would have put the app on my tablet, but it's not supported.

You will be able to move this thing all around! lt's extremely light weight which l love. lf it was heavy andgave me a hard time l'd make an excuse not to use it. This is very light so it makes it easy to get it out, useit, then move it back where it goes. l measured and it fits under my desk perfectly. When not in use l havemy feet on it as l'm short and my feet don't comfortably touch the floor. it's not too loud when using it,display is easy to read, remote is easy to use and functions as it should. Comes with lubricant for the beltand manuals inform you what to do for troubleshooting if the belt is gearing to one side or the other. Mineis perfectly fine. Compared to other walking pads, this one holds a lot of weight so even my husband coulduse it if he ever wanted to. l have a very nice treadmill in my basement and this one stacks up against it,very good quality. l'd already recommended to coworkers as we all work remote.

The walking pad won't turn on. When I press start or the up arrow on the remote it just beeps 3 times and does not work. I have called the help desk 10 times over the last 3 days and they do not answer. They only allow you to leave a message after being on hold for 30 min. They did call me back once but the number was a random number and coded as spam. The system for getting help just seems setup very badly along with the product now working.
