The work!
I use monitor arms for my monitors, but hated viewing all the cable mess, so I bought a monitor shelf to help hide them. Unfortunately, the power cord to one of the monitors was getting in the way. Thanks to this adapter, I was able to angle the power cord back, instead of down, and my problem is solved! I’ve had no issues with power delivery using these adapters, and can strongly recommend. Just be sure to double-check that you’re choosing the correct adapter ends/angle for your needs!

Close fitting AC adapter.
Happy with these. The OEM AC plugs stuck out a little far in a tight fitting environment. I didn’t want to accidentally snag the AC cable and have the powered stand-mount speaker fall. These AC adapters minimize that. Just be observant of the AC receptacle orientation when ordering. Good price as well, IMO.

"Up", "Down", "Left", and "Right" can be confusing, make your choice based off the image.
Product works entirely as intended. I've read some reviews that the directions (e.g., up, down, left, right) were labeled incorrectly, but this could be due to the orientation of the power supply on your device. My recommendation is to look closely at the image and determine which direction you need based on the image rather than the label. For example, I ordered the "Up" adapter for my computer that is lying on its side. If I stand the computer upright, the plug would actually be facing downward.

Get electronics closer to the wall
This was perfect to get an Emotiva amp a little bit closer to the wall. The included power cord was thick so I when plugged in I had to keep the amp rather far away from the wall, which meant it stuck out a lot over the cabinets. This worked perfectly so I could move everything closer to the wall.
