Grave Duty: A Shelby Nichols Adventure

Started with Carrots and continued reading the series. Keeps you on your toes with the baddies but has plenty of funny moments

I love these books, right from the first book Carrots I've looked forward to the next book, I get myself involved too, in my head I'm there helping out, I recommend any body I meet who tells me that they read books to read Colleen Helme, Carrots and they all say that they are following the adventures of Shelby Nichols.

It started with a bag of carrots and it just gets better and better. I don’t normally do reviews but boy Shelby sure knows how to get into trouble. Poor Ramos and Dimples have trouble keeping up with her. Ones a hit an and the other a cop she just keeps them running putting out one fire after another. This is book 17 and they just keep getting better. I found I could hardly put the book down give yourself a couple of free days to indulge yourself. Enjoy I did.

Another wonderful book from this wonderful series. Shelby again is juggling her life with the mob, the police and home. But she always has time to put on her leather jacket and take a ride with Ramos.

So glad to find this book on my kindle reads I may like I loved all the other books and didn't realise this had just come out . Great to have shelby and Co back I've missed them . Loved the plot kept me gripped right to the very end .

Another thrilling instalment in the Shelby Nichols Adventures books, full of twists and turns, love and hateful attacks, action and adventure. I love Jackie’s new job, it’s just perfect, and would love to see the output from it! Highly recommended reading for all Shelby fans, and I look forward to reading the next book.

Another hit from this brilliant author. The characters are well-rounded and have good chemistry together. Two separate yet intertwined mysteries keep the book fast-paced. Can’t wait for the next Shelby instalment.

Just to let you readers know, back in October of 2023, I happened to come across her first book entitled, “Carrots.” The storyline instantly drew me in and since then, I have eagerly read all her books. Now that I have finished number 17, I can hardly wait for 18, 19, 20 and so on. You can’t help but feel that you’re a part of the “Family,” if you know what I mean. There’s so much more excitement to come, we’ll just have to wait.Each and every book has been written with a dose of adventure and excitement and a yearning that you’ll want to know more of Shelby’s courageous story.

Colleen Helme has done it again. The quality of the story remains the same book after book. Already can't wait for Shelby's next adventure.

I have read the whole series at least four times and will read it again and again. It is one of the best series I have ever read. I really love Ramos. I can't wait for the next book!!
