Fantastic headset with good audio and mic quality and much more comfortable than many headsets - you forget you're even wearing it.

Lets get the bad part of the review out of the way first, this can be a little 'tight' on larger heads. Although the band can be lengthened or shortened, it doesn't decrease the pressure from the sprung steel. This can make wearing for long periods uncomfortable if you have a large head.Now to the good points, the sound quality is great, for playback and calls, clear to call and good quality for those I need to speak to. The quality of the build feels great and the movement of the boom-mic feels solid and robust. And the battery life is great, recently had a six and a half hour 'chat' to my sister, after a full day of office use, and the batter was still going strong.I'd recommend this product to others.

The media could not be loaded. There’s were an essential purchase as spend a lot of time on the phone due to new ways of working.Sound quality is spot on and battery life is excellent. Only needs to fully charge once a week and these get a lot of use.Reasonably comfortable, easily adjustable and can switch to the other ear quickly if needs be.Cannot fault them and good value based on other similar devices.

It’s comfortable to wear however I bought this headset to make and receive calls. Receipts can hear me fine but when I’m receiving a phone call it’s very hard to understand what the other person is saying and it’s quite muffled which is not ideal.

Originally bought this for my partner to use when working from home. The first one we were sent soon failed to charge. However, the customer service team were able to replace it free of charge for one that now works- hence the change of rating from 1 to 4.Yet, remaining at 4 because the ear piece is quite small. Also, the plastic on the far side does have ridging that can be uncomfortable for overly prolonged use.

Very light, comfortable to wear, battery life is as the seller states (lasts more than 8 hours!) and fantastic sound!Bought these for my dad who is hard of hearing, when he's watching TV he has to have the volume up so loud that nobody else can be in the same room for long! I've gotten him several different headphones of different types and up until now never had much luck due to failure, poor battery life and just not loud or clear enough, but with these all boxes have been ticked and when used with the sellers bluetooth transmitter i have a very happy dad!

It works, it does what it says and it is cheap, but there are three problems with this:When the microphone is lifted to vertical it mutes itself (Good) however then it makes beeping noises every 14 seconds forever. It sounds like a ringing incoming call and is completely unnecessary making the mute feature almost unusable.Sound is a bit thin and it doesn't go loud enough for a noisy office;Battery is weak, requires charging every day in use. Doubling the size of the battery would not significantly increase weight or cost;

I was a little sceptical about buying this when I read some of the reviews but I am glad I did.I spend a lot of time on Zoom calls and also need to make calls on my phone throughout the day so the fact that this headset connects to two devices via bluetooth is fantastic. It lets me move between devices seamlessly.Even after a full day of use, using the docking station to charge I have never run out of battery life. It's also a very comfortable headset and the sound quality when I am recording for clients is excellent too.Definitely recommend this!
