Works great, i have very sensitive skin (I'm allergic to life and my skin gets irritated easily) and hate that I couldn't shave as often as I want to because of that..but this was a game changer. I can shave every other day, if need be now and be great! It works amazingly! I definitely notice the difference when I forget to use it. Will 100% be buying more and have recommended it to everyone!

From my use, it does seem to ease razorburn and bumps, however I’ve not used it consistently enough to know if it truly makes a huge difference, but in my case it has helped tremendously

I have a lot of trouble with ingrowns and discomfort after shaving. These two have been my holy grail. My skin has been crazily clear, and the few ingrowns/bumps/etc. I do have, I'm able to handle pretty easily. I'm no longer overwhelmed by how badly my skin reacts to shaving or just really any form of hair removal. I definitely recommend for sensitive skin folks, and honestly, for everyone!

I’ve been using the Bushbalm Ingrown Hair Routine for a little while now, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any significant difference since the first use. The products have a nice texture and the scents are pleasant, but despite consistent use, I haven’t seen much of an improvement in reducing ingrown hairs or improving the overall smoothness of my skin.The scrub feels refreshing and the oil has a nice moisturizing effect, but I was hoping for more visible results based on the positive reviews. I’m going to continue using the products to see if the benefits become more noticeable over time, but as of now, I haven’t experienced the dramatic results I was expecting.While the products are gentle and easy to apply, I’d recommend others keep in mind that results may vary. For me, the routine hasn't yet lived up to my expectations, but others may have a different experience.

Update: Seller responded very quickly and sent out new product so super happy with that. After a couple of weeks or so of usage, my impression is just meh? It smells nice, feels good, slight reduction in red/rash/ingrown hairs but overall it’s too expensive for how fast and how much I feel like I need to use it.Product arrived in a timely fashion, but when I opened the roller ball product, I saw that some of the product had leaked out. I’m not sure how much had leaked but the inside of the box was a soggy mess. Also when I removed the cap to the product, there was some small black gunky bits on the cap and bottle. This came with another product that I’m excited to try but not too keen on using the roller ball serum now…sorry pictures don’t quite show how messy it all is…
