I bought this to add a degree of difficult to the balance exercises I am doing. I got the XL size since I have big feet. It is large enough for me to use for a toe to heel stance on the diagonal. It is thick and springy and the textured surface prevents it from sliding on my hardwood floor. I am happy with the quality and use it every day. Good addition to my routine.

Works perfectly for me! Definitely helps for me to increase my balance abilities!! Seems durable enough to last me quite a while. Reasonably priced.

Post surgery and after an 18 month illness that left me nearly bed ridden, atrophy in one leg set in requiring extensive rehab and PT. This matt help with balance and it does a superb job in retraining the brain and muscles in learning to walk and balance again. It doesn't look like it would but, because it is soft and spongy, our body starts tipping over in one direction or another. By looking straight ahead and stepping onto this matt, our brains tell our feet calf's, thighs hips, and especially our lower backs to work and maintain balance.

Decent quality.

This is a great balance pad. I didn't know these even existed until ... I knew. I could have used this many years ago after a broken ankle. My balance has been off since around 2008 (it's 2026!). I didn't know about this exercise. In as little as two weeks I already see an improvement in my balance, but I still have quite a ways to go.

My physiotherapist had me use this to practice on balancing it. It’s a great pad to use if you’re sensitive to your knees, touching the floor like I am. I don’t like my bones on the floor when I work out I bring this pad places you can use it to kneel down too.

Great foam mat to use for balance exercises. Still holds up after many years. Would buy again.

Pratico yoga da 4 anni e, a causa di problemi vestibolari ed una frattura completa al ginocchio sinistro, non sono mai riuscito a praticare le posizioni di equilibrio. Questo semplice cuscino offre un'ottima presa, ed ha una giusta consistenza per prendere consapevolezza di cosa occorre migliorare per avere equilibrio. Lavorano gambe, glutei, addominali. I was looking for something similar to the balance pad I saw at my physios gym. That one was at least 3X the price of this one. The quality is almost identical however. Happy with the purchase but shipping took FOREVER.
