We bought these for my husband because of all the different sizes and weight. It came with a bag to make it easy to travel with. We both use them and they still have the same resistance as when we bought them. Each weight is a different color so it makes working out at home easy. The material used for each band is ver durable and you choose the band that is most comfortable for you. The thickness of the bands is just right with out being hard to handle

These bands are great for working out at home without the need for expensive weights or weight benches.For those who don't know or are unaware, you can use mutliple bands together to ratches up the amount of resistance. Each band has the resistance weight on them so that you can do a quick calculation of the amount of resistance. You can have as little as 5 pounds of resistance up to 105 pounds of resistance for an exercise.These are perfect for toning up at home, or even for Physical Therapy after a surgery or injury. Though even together the resistance weight can't go as high as the upper weight limit that someone can put on a bar at a weight bench, they are also much cheaper to purchase, and you don't need to pay the cost of a gym membership.

It is great for an outdoor workout or anywhere you ttravel. Even for a short workout at the office.
