I first purchased it to help with my plantar fasciitis pain, for which it is great, but have had several other uses for it since. I’m in the military and take the fitness part of my job seriously, so I train hard. No matter how careful I am, things happen. Most recently, I rolled my ankle while carrying a 60lb ruck, and this tape came to the rescue. Since it is so rigid, it really limited the mobility of my ankle so my body could do its thing and heal. In the gym, I’ve used it to protect my fingers and/or palms from the punishment of barbells and pull up bars on high-rep workouts. My skin is super sensitive, and has flared up with store-bought tapes in the past. No irritation with this stuff, even though it sticks better than those other tapes. Also, it’s made in the USA? Icing on the cake.
