Overall they stick well, I've been using them on and off for about two weeks, I can see some improvement on darker scars, they are fading a bit faster than they had been. In terms of use, they are easy to cut and also have perforated sections that are about 4.5x5cm each but work well if you use an area larger than that, they don't rip too easily along those perforations. I can use the same sheet 4-5 times before the adhesion starts to give. I would say that if you have multiple scars close together but not clustered, then use different strips for each one, covering around 0.5cm on either side of the scar.For comfort, once it's on they don't feel like much, less irritation than a plaster I find.

They start sticky, but something with my skin, my movement at night, etc means I can never keep them on overnight. I have this problem with most every silicone scar tape I try.,

After having surgery couple months ago i was left with 6 scars, one of which developed into a keloid, which was removed and the surgeon recommended silicone sheets, and whilst they provide comfort and easy to use and very adhesive it did't quite meet my expectation in terms of healing.

Unfortunately falls off easily but the actual product works, evens out scarring.

I have been noticing silicone scar tape for some time, but as with many things, it took me a while to get around to trying it out.I have a relatively small scar on my leg from a broken mirror and was hoping to improve to some degree. I have been using this for a few months. My scar is from two or so years ago.This tape is easy to tear and apply, I just make sure the area is clean and free from grease, and unless I'm doing work that damages the silicone, it's easy to wash it and re-use it. I haven't had any issues with it sticking, and it's completely comfortable.Over time it has reduced the redness quite a lot, you can see from the pictures above that my scar is quite light now. I'm not sure how much more the tape can improve it, since it's largely just the quality of the scarred skin that is now the issue. I will continue using it, and update this post if there is a provable improvement.I have the 4m roll, which is by far the best value of the options they have available, and I still have plenty left. Of course, my scar is relatively small.I think it is worth the money and has improved my scar, of course, you should not expect miracles, it cannot completely repair a scar, but it can improve its flexibility, dryness and redness, certainly making it look visually better at the very least.You must be patient and methodical though, but if you are, you will see a fair amount of improvement.

I had a major surgery 5 months ago, resulting in a scar over 50cm long. Most of the scar healed nicely but a few sections were hypertrophic (i.e., the scar was thick and raised higher than the surrounding skin). I had been treating it with daily massages with jojoba oil, a mosturising cream twice daily, and retinol once a week. My surgeon recommended silicone scar sheet on the raised areas. I was skeptical, but within two weeks the scar has already visibly flattened! I am now using the scar sheet on the whole scar in the hope that it will help it fade further.This tape is easy to cut and apply. It sticks nicely, but due to the location of my scar, I have been using micropore tape to keep it in place. As my scar is long narrow, I have been cutting the tape longitudinally to minimise the amount I'm using, so it's lasting me a while, too. All in all, this is an excellent purchase.

I bought this because I could buy many metres in a row. First week I was very happy with the product as the tape stayed firmly in place and was strong.I’m now mid-way through and the tape comes off after two hours, and the easy cut sections have been cut too deeply and as I have the tape on a joint it now splits after an hour. I didn’t have this problem when I first started using.Very disappointing and will be switching to a different brand
