After suffering from almost debilitating sinus and migraine headaches nearly every day for a couple of months now, I started taking B12 Strips again. In the past 3 weeks or so since starting to take it, I have hardly had a headache. I would suggest that anyone with nagging, constant headaches have their B12 level checked. If it's low, then this product may be just what helps you bring it back up to optimal range. An acquaintance of mine had similar results with another sublingual B12 product, although she is taking 5 times as much as I am (2000mcg/day). When I miss a day, and nearly always when I miss 2 days, I will get headaches again...wake up with them. So I am quite certain that it has to do with my B12 level.In the past, when I was taking B12 Strips daily, I wasn't having daily headaches either. But it wasn't until I stopped for a while (because I needed to re-order) and then started taking them again that I correlated it with the fact that I wasn't getting the headaches as long as I take it every day. My doctor did a blood test for B12 and found that I had a very high level...even after taking them for a few days. It's worth a try to see if it makes a difference for you, too.Keep in mind that this product also contains Vitamin B6 and folate. The combination of those with B12 helps to reduce the homocysteine level...which is a benefit for the cardiovascular system. Read about that online. Better yet, ask your doctor. He/she should be checking your homocysteine level whenever you have a physical. Most of us have to ASK our doctor to order that test.

These B12 strips literally saved my life. I had horrible adrenal fatigue and POTS, along with thyroid issues, hormone issues, etc. I was a vegetarian for 28 years and after my first pregnancy, my body shut down. The doctors didn't know how to help. I was on thyroid medication, steroids, hormone replacement, beta blockers. I researched ALOT. I started wondering if my vegetarian lifestyle was ro blame, even if my doctors said it wasn't. I saw a TED talk by Dr. Terry Wahls, a former vegetarian who developed MS and was wheelchair ridden, but healed herself with food including meat and organ meats.I started taking these B12 strips and noticed my heart felt stronger with less palpitations. I slept better at night. I kept taking them and my POTS symptoms started to disappear. My thyroid even started working again and I had to stop taking my thyroid medication.A warning, if you are severely deficient in B12 and you take these and your body starts to heal, you may find yourself depleted in potassium. If you are feeling like your blood pressure is elevated and you are having burning pains in your back and/or armpits, that could be potassium issues. I never tested low in potassium but was still having those issues so I started drinking a lot of coconut water and stopped taking b vitamins for a little while and the issue corrected itself. You can cut these strips into smaller pieces, and after my initial healing, I now only take about 1/16 of a strip at a time.So thankful for this product, I really feel it helped saved my life. I did have to start eating meat again, which broke my heart, but my health depended on it and my kids need me around.

It’s not at all what I thought. Taste not so bad. I think they’re way overpriced. My energy is still on low. I don’t feel the vitamins working sorry. I wouldn’t buy again.

Taste was ok, product just didn't work.

I hardly ever do reviews but this product needs one! I have tried every energy drink, coffe drink, pill supplement and even multi B vitiamin injection for energy but nothing has worked liked these strips. It is almost instant that I just feel awake without any jitters or crash. I take one in the morning in place of coffee and if I work both jobs in one day I will take another around 5p and have no trouble sleeping. I'm excited to do labs next month to see what my levels are.
