Tangy with a slightly peppery bite. The only thing that concerns me are the bags. They're made of plastic. Dumping plastic intoBoiling water and drinking it isn't a great idea, if you don't want to flood your body with microplastics. Of course, I still drink it. Like I said, it’s delicious.

This tea soothes my stomach and has a nice taste.

Pyramide tea bags are typically made entirely of plastics. Whether that's the case here, I do not know. They certainly feel like it.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. This is my favorite Rishi tea hands down. It's not even close. Like another reviewer mentioned, it's main ingredient is Red Shiso. I'm just glad it doesn't have Licorice in it. Why do 50% of non-caffinated teas have this terrible ingredient?

I LOVE ginger tea, which was why I tried this. Too bad I couldn't taste it at all. If it didn't say ginger on the package, I wouldn't even know it was in there. It's not gross or anything, just really bland and disappointing since I was hoping for something spicy.

Before buying herb teas, I always check all the ingredients to make sure my expectations match what I'll be getting. The main ingredient of this tea is red shiso, and if you like that, I highly recommend this wonderful caffeine-free tea from Rishi. It's my new favorite tea and brings me a taste of my herb garden from the summer. I suspect the person who gave this tea a terrible review was expecting something more like a lemonade and not a shiso-intense flavor.
