Mine came broken
I think this might be a great press, but mine came with broken hinges, and two missing feet, so I have not used it at all

Won't close when food is in it
The way its hinged in the back it won't close evenly over your food. It literally won't close on a sandwich, it pinches the back down and the front of the sandwich is sticking out with no contact to the cooking plates at all. It's also very small and cheaply made. I will be sending this back.

It's good and it heats up fast but it's smaller than I thought in the photo you can see one thing and when it gets to the house it's another but it heats up quickly which is too small
