Seems to do the job. However it's annoying that it is not the same size as the bolt I took off. I have a triumph st 1050 and the nut that this replaces was a 38mm. This one is 41mm. The thread is the same size tho so fits bike perfectly.

The price and it is not metal.
This mount fitted onto my Triumph Sprint GT fine and works well with my satnav The only downside was the price.

Doesn’t Grip
This ball is essential metal with a thin band of rubber around the Centre. I could not get it to grip in the ram socket. The ball needs to be of rubber so it can be distorted in the clamp thus creating a solid grip.
