If you use a netipot or the squeeze bottles to do sinus rinsing then these are wonderful. My ENT told me to switch to these from the saline only packets! The saline rinse was causing my sinuses to dry out and bleed. The Xylitol has not dried out my sinuses. Worth a try!

These are the only brand of sinus rinse packets that work for me. I wouldn't have thought the xylatol would make such a difference, but in my case, it does. If I use just plain saline rinses, like the NeilMed rinse, it burns as I rinse, and I end up with major rebound congestion. I told that to my ENT specialist, and he recommended Xlear, and it's made all the difference. Even if you don't think sinus rinsing is for you because plain saline didn't work, try these and see if they are any better for you.

My Husband uses this almost every day. He likes how his nose and sinuese feel after he uses it. As for me, I can't use this stuff, I can't get ued to the feeling and I drown, as it goes straight down my throat. But for people who can do this. its worth the money. Its a great product, according to my husband.

This sinus rinse packet is totally different than the saline rinse ones. This one makes your sinuses feel moisturized and fresh instead of dried out and stiff like the saline ones. They have beneficial xytitol and that seems to be the difference.

I use this as a supplement to my Navage rinse solution. I heat my water first in a glass measuring cup in microwave (about 40 seconds for 8 oz), add half to reservoir, then half a packet of Xlear, and remainder of water. The warm water helps the crystals to dissolve after I’ve added the Navage pod and closed lid and swirled it around in both directions.

I've purchased a bazillion items on Amazon and neglect to leave reviews. I know, it's terrible. I base most of my purchase selections on consumer experiences and ratings but defer my obligations. However, I'm compelled to leave feedback immediately as this product significantly impacted my existence. My Current Situation: I relocated from Northern Illinois to South Carolina approximately six years ago. While living in Illinois (40+ years), I never had allergies. Not to food or the outdoors. Nothing. But, moving to South Carolina changed all that. Initially, after moving down here, I started to experience migraines. At least that's what I thought it was, but it turns out that my headaches are not migraines. The reality is that I'm allergic to South Carolina. Long story short, I've tried OTC stuff. E.g., Flonase, Sinus Pressure meds. But, I never stayed consistent with the meds. Meaning, I only take the stuff when I feel bad. Yeah, yeah, I know that's not it should be done, but not here or there. Anyway, I used this product last night, and I didnt realize how congested I was. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I'm inhaling. The experience was terrific. Although I felt fine this morning, I did another flush. I noticed a bit more postnasal drip than the typical nasal flush I use, but it's not a bother. If you get this stuff, I hope it works as well for you as it did for me. Simply astonishing to get positive results so quickly. Even the packets are easy to use when compared to some of the other stuff I used.
