I ride a motorcycle 9 miles to work every day, and I strap this pack onto my back, over my riding gear, and then forget it’s there for my 30 minute city commute. Some things I like are:1. Waterproof liner-I’ve had a few food spills in there, but no problem-pull out the liner and wash it out, let it dry, put it back in!2. Insulated so I can leave my food in my pack until lunch and keep my yogurt and my drink cold. I use several ice packs and they don’t make my back cold through the pack!3. Comfortable for long rides and walking, even when loaded heavy with my lunch and riding jacked stuffed inside.4. Ease of strap adjustment makes it great for complete extension of straps every time I take it off, then it’s easier to put on, and then adjust to comfort each time with a quick pull of each strap, yet I have NEVER had to re tighten the strap later! I am VERY IMPRESSED with this bag’s shoulder straps!5. Wears well. After all the heavy use I’ve put the bag through, it is still like new! No problems at all, including zippers, straps, buckles.6.
