Does food still crisp up as well when using these liners?

No they don’t and adds a lot of time on to cooking , I’ve stopped using them

Does using these interfere with the air flow which I thought was important in airfryers

We have not noticed any degradation in air fryer performance. They must not be put into the air fryer in their own as the air will push them into the heating element. So they must be pre-loaded with the food to be cooked and added after preheating (if required). The sides flap in the airflow a bit so ensure food is spread evenly as shown in the product pictures. Very useful for greasy foods reducing/eliminating cleaning.

Can this paper be recycled after use?

I wouldn't recommend as the idea is to catch any cooking juices/crumbs/grease. You certainly wouldn't recycle sheets of greaseproof once used. I would highly recommend the liners.
