Q: Does it accommodate a credit card sized label? (My business card is on European standard which is the size of a credit card)

I just tried it... Because the tag is pliable and a credit card is stiff, you can force it in with some effort. However, a business card would like the strength and would likely get badly damaged in the process of attempting to work it in. The size is sooo close though. You could probably fit your card by trimming of a sliver of one of the long edges of the card.

Q: Does it come with the cable to attach to luggage?

Yes, a metal cable with a threaded end and a nut attachment on the other end to form a circle when the ends are attached.

Q: Once installed on a suitcase, how hard is it to pull back the cover on the tag and check for our name?

Not hard at all, but it stays closed until you open it.

Q: Do you have to unscrew the cable to peel off the cover to see the name tag?

You have to unscrew the cable to open the cover; however, it is possible to read the name tag through the cover without opening it.
