This comes with 7 navel rings in 5 little ziplock bags in one better quality ziplock bag. It also has an alcohol swab. I've seen the regular navel rings with the little ball on the top (of which I got 3. 1 dangly and 2 not dangly) and I got 4 if the reverse navel Rings that goes in from the bottom up clasping at the top. It's a neat design. I at first thought I ordered a set of navel and other body part piercings, but I checked and realized the cute little ones without the balls at the top were also navel Rings. They fit in my piercing just fine and I actually don't have issues with them and my pants etc. This is a really nice design. I knew which side was up based on the butterfly design one. Only one way could be up there, Haha. I'm happy with it. I have more Rings to rotate between now.
