Started taking the Lion's mane mushroom after hearing about the benefits of it. It has lead to a very positive experience - there a certain sense of calm awareness and focus that I got from taking these.The dosage is something that i feel is slightly different for different people and you have to test and see what works for you.I like the overall effect of it and it actually helped me in getting to my tasks and work in a timely non-frictional manner.

Best lion’s mane extract on the market. I have tried others which are powdered but they don’t provide the level of results that this one does since it’s a proper extract of the active compounds. It has been helping me with creativity and sustaining my mental energy

Date: 10/02/24 I tried the product and found the taste of glycerine to be overwhelming. I'm a bits skeptical of the extraction process as the glycerine presence is very strong. It's been only 3 days that I started taking this extract so I will reserve my comments on the efficacy of the mushroom extract till I consume the full bottle. Lion's Mane mushroom is believed to have good health benefits; let's hope this extract is able to deliver what it's promised. Fyg, I've also tried the Lion's Mane mushroom coffee and I found it quite good. I'm not sure if it worked or not but I definitely found myself awake through a very boring 3 days session from 9am-6pm where I saw others in my class fall asleep.
