This pot is not my first time to use it. I used other brand and have light on it. This is good stuff, easy to use. Everything is good, but only one thing is need the light on the water level so can show water level easily.

Product was just ok. It seemed rather flimsy when I took it out of the box. It was dented in a couple places, but it seemed to dent extremely easy. I ordered it for work and needed it ASAP. I probably won’t return it, but I would not recommend it.

I purchased this to replace a similar item that went out after several years of use. The quality seems great. I love the 4 temperature settings. I add water to it almost every day which will automatically start a boil. Once complete, the temperature reduces to my set temperature. After the initial boil it doesn’t make any noise or vent steam. It simply keeps the water a constant temp that is always available for use. The water comes out quickly allowing me to fill large cups or even a pot for cooking.

the temperature on the right side light is off will stop hold up temperature function, The green normal holds up temperature, red light reboils water but the red light sometimes does not go to the reboil water. long time no use machine drink water hold up light will turn off too.

Item was dented with the original package during shipping and was broken into several pieces. Had to return it. From what I can see with the few broken pieces, the design or quality controls would not be great. Waste of time.

Only had this for a couple weeks so far here are my thoughts-It was easy enough for the initial clean but dumping out the water showed me the essential flaw in this thing.As soon as I lifted it by the handle the whole bottom plate shifted out of place. The water was contained and the machinery inside functioned so I kept it thinking it was fine.It works I use it, everything's hunky dory until I refill the water. The next morning I see a small puddle under the whole thing and I try to lift it by the handle again and this time the bottom plate really shifts and then the whole metal facade of the thing shifts from the top dispenser.I was able to push it back together but it sucks that such a big functional part is rendered moot by poor design.Basically the thing does what it advertises its supposed to do but you gotta never move it and watch out for leaks. I'm too lazy to return the thing so I'll just update this review when it eventually breaks.

I like this water pot, it works great and has good safety features
