Ordered a size large for our 30 pound Shiba Inu with a 14-inch neck. The size chart says XL for Shiba Inu but the L fits with the strap cinched as tight as possible. The radius is large enough to keep our dog from reaching his paws, which is what we were hoping. He can’t really lay on his side to sleep so he does a lot of sleeping in the Sphinx position with his head resting on the pillow.

Update: Seller was very responsive and compensated me for the broken item, A++ experience with customer service!Update: This was so cute on my dog for about the first 6 days after her spay. She was able to go in and out the doggie door so it was way more comfortable for her than a cone. Then it started deflating after about a week. I tried inflating it again but it keep deflating so there must be a permanent hole somewhere. It is now past my 30 days returns so unless they make replacement parts this is now useless.This is super soft and has a removable cover for washing. You can inflate when you need it and deflate for storage so it takes up less space. My dog has an 18" neck and the medium fit perfectly. There was also extra room to adjust larger or smaller if needed.

Got it on my dog and within a hour it was off. She’s not even a chewer but the snap on it is so cheap. It would be better if the snap was on the inside instead of the outside so they can’t reach it. I’m not satisfied at all.

Although this product is super cute, my Boxer girl could stick her paw through the part where the buckle is. I MAY gave gotten a size too big, but was afraid to leave her unattended with the donut on. I love the donut pattern and it was super easy to inflate.

I got this for my big pup. it worked well so he could not lick his boo-boo. It was much better than the lamp shade cone!

My dog needed one of dog cones for large dogs and this one works great. We have a big dog who likes to lick himself, so we often have to put this on him. He has gotten so familiar with this that he almost uses it as a pillow now. The dog is very comfortable with this product and doesn't mind it at all. Great buy and super cute!

The dog cones for large dogs looks sturdy. And it is lightweight for a medium to small dog. Since he recently had surgery, I need him to wear this product. It sleeps and can use this inflatable dog cone as a pillow. I am very happy with this design.
