Eurocube

We replaced the Delta spout that had come w/ otherwise wonderful parts because it was basically plated plastic. This Grohe was heavy duty and complimented the square look of the Delta components. Highly recommend.

Nice style and design

The product looks nice and good quality. Unfortunately, as stated by a prior buyer, it came full of dents / scratches. Amazon offered me a small discount if I want to keep the product. I'm still hesitating to keep it and ordered a new one hopping it will come dents-free this time.

I have bought 2 of these so far, and had to return both, because each time the item arrived with dents and gouges on the surface. (See included photos of spout 1 and spout 2.) The problem is the packaging, I think. The item is very heavy and very beautiful, but it is only wrapped with a thin piece of bubble wrap, which is not enough to keep it from moving inside the box. Because it is very heavy and is loose inside the box, it rolls around with the other items inside, during shipping. I'm really surprised that a high-end company like Grohe packs this so poorly. I am ordering it a third time, but I have a feeling the next one will be all dinged-up as well. Poor quality control on Grohe's part.
