The insulated pack is the perfect size for me to put my lunch in and something to drink. The pack has tons of room and pockets. The charging port is great, and worked well with my large battery backup. This pack fit perfectly under the seat in front of me on the plane. I only have 2 gripes with this pack. 1) The zippers need to be better quality. The zippers on this pack don't like to make the corners, and they also like to stop mid zip for no reason. 2) The compartment for the insulated pack should come with some kind of optional support, so if you're using it day-to-day for commuting that the inside stuff doesn't fall in the way of sliding the insulated pack in and out.
