I took a chance and bought this in good used condition from Amazon warehouse. What can I say? it's huge, nearly 6 foot tall but has a small base so doesn't take up much room. My kitten went on it immediately and I'm sure will get a lot of use out of it. The only criticism is as a used item it came without instructions. It is very sturdy when assembled correctly. Clearly a good quality item, I can see why they cost nearly £80 new, I'm very happy with my £20 bargain!
