I was looking for something that wouldn't break the bank but was quality enough that I could get lots of use out of it and so far this pan hasn't let me down..

I just cooked my first meal in this skillet. I had no idea how big it would be, but I’m thrilled! I seared some chicken thighs and I was able to add a huge amount of veggies! As I simmered the chicken and vegetables I added cut white potatoes. I covered the food and the skillet top let out just the right amount of steam. It made a beautiful roux and the dish was amazing! I hand washed the skillet and it was a breeze to clean! Despite the thickness of the skillet it has a wonderful cooking ability! My only problem is that the skillet is so big I have no room for it in any of my kitchen cabinets! I’ll just keep it on the colander on the counter!! For what you get, it is well worth the price, but I’m glad it was on sale! 👍

Needs seasoning -- I bought a used version from Amazon for just over $20, and it looks like the previous person tried frying something without seasoning the pan. It scrubs out easily, and you could well use steel wool to scrub it if you like, if you burned something, say. It just needs drying well, and heating to the smoke point before adding oil next time you cook. The handle is a weak spot -- I'm not sure it would stand up to professional use, but it should serve home cooks well for a long time. Compared to my other 10" pans, this one is quite deep and seems far wider, but the lids are interchangeable, so it must just be appearance. I like this pan quite well.

I thought I might be taking a risk in a brand I didn’t know, but this is a good quality pan. It heats well and cooks well. I like the curve at the bottom, and it’s nice and deep to cook a bunch of food. The handle is comfortable too. I’m very pleased.

This pan is perfect. Its size is great. It looks good. It holds a large amount of food. The food does not stick to it. It cleans up wonderfully. I can cook anything in it. I am very happy with my purchase.
