Scraping will improve blood flow and reduce pain. The scraping tools are made of stainless steel and they are a nice quality product.

These stainless steel pieces are well-built with smooth edges appropriate for rubbing against your skin. I got it to work out scar tissue on my plantar fascia. I don't know if it is working yet as I am still getting used to using it on the ticklish bottom of my foot. But that is not the fault of the piece. The curves are easy to match to different body parts, adding to their effectiveness and comfort.

These are nice, but one side of the longer gua sha is kind of sharp, could possibly use further machining. But otherwise a good purchase

I'm very satisfied. I was afraid they'd be thin but they are solid and thick. No sharp edges as some reviews mentioned. There are two scrapes on the s tool but cosmetic only. The pouch is an ugly brown stiff felt-type material but is sturdy and has a divider so each tool does not rub against the other. The flap top snaps shut. I suspect these tools would be indistinguishable from the pro tools my PTs have used on me. Both tools fit well along my average female forearm. This was a good deal for both tools, though price fluctuates a bit.

These tools are compatible in quality to what the physical therapist has used on me. It is important to use them correctly for optimal effectiveness and safety. There are many Graston tutorials available online.
