Brilliant for circle skirts for all ages. The elastic becomes the total waistband and would suit any size. In fact the waistband becomes a talking point as it is so pretty. Very comfortable to wear too. Suitable for toddlers through to Grandma and Mum too. Will be buying again!! Thank you!!
