Product Description Step 1: Cut about 5" off the top of a standard size decorating bag and about 1" off the bottom, so Inner Coupler comes to the edge of the bag when inserted Step 2: Insert inner coupler inside the bag. Fit the tip against the Inner Coupler, twisting into place with the Cap. Step 3: Fill bag about 2/3 full with frosting and fit into decorating pen. Step 4: Remove Handle Lever. Twist top of bag and fit into opening on back of Pen. Replace Handle Level to hold into place Box Contains 1 x icing pen
